I love the end of Stardrive so much. I can see that the episode is rather ... terrible but Avon is so brilliantly interesting in it that I forgive it quite a bit. He's clearly losing himself all the way through and while there is nothing he could do to save Plaxton, he clearly locks away any idea that he might ever, ever care. If he does feel at all bad, it's totally down at the very bottom of himself. In some ways, it never needs to come up again because it's right there - Avon's grown harder and since he was already pretty hard ... it says nothing good.

(I really quite like Season 4 ... I think this is sometimes why!)
